The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for overseeing a team of eleven staff members and reporting directly to the General Manager, Engagement and Advancement. They will be tasked with developing and implementing a multi-year fundraising strategy that focuses on major gifts, trusts and foundations, individual giving, gifts in wills, corporate relationships, community fundraising, and data capability. The role will also involve personally engaging with major donors and priority supporters, as well as strengthening stewardship and pipeline performance.In addition to growing and diversifying philanthropic income, the Head of Fundraising will be expected to advance initiatives such as endowment and endowed chair programs. They will also be responsible for improving the use of technology platforms, specifically Raisers Edge, to support data-informed decision-making and coordinated donor engagement. Overall, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving fundraising efforts and ensuring the organization's financial sustainability and growth.
