The Head of Finance at our client is responsible for overseeing the financial accounting functions of the organization, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as the senior finance voice to the CEO and Board. The position is part-time, requiring 30 hours per week.In addition to managing day-to-day financial operations, the Head of Finance is tasked with establishing best practice systems and processes to optimize financial management and reporting. This role also involves enhancing the financial capability of our client's managers and providing company secretary services as needed, including supporting the preparation of Board reports and papers.
