The client, an international leader in technology services, is looking for a Head of Finance for the CEE Region. This role involves driving financial planning and operations, collaborating with business teams on capital allocation, and enhancing financial processes. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and ensure compliance across multiple countries within the organization.
Responsibilities include acting as a key partner to business teams in capital allocation and strategic decision-making, collaborating with General Managers and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals, and leading financial planning activities across the CEE region. The Head of Finance will also develop and implement financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency, address real business challenges, and ensure effective execution of financial strategies.
