Join the client as Head of Finance & Controlling to provide high-impact leadership in an international, performance-oriented environment. The role combines operational financial steering with strategic development responsibilities and reports to the executive management. You will lead and take overall responsibility for the finance and controlling areas, guiding an established team and ensuring effective decision support for the leadership.
You will develop a modern, impact-focused corporate steering approach with emphasis on performance management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Acting as a sparring partner to the executive management, you will derive well-founded decision bases and further enhance KPI, reporting, and control models. You will shape finance-related processes, support process improvement through digitization and automation initiatives, and oversee financial statements, finance processes, and interfaces within an international group or shared-services context.
To succeed, you will bring a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance and controlling, along with multi-year experience in finance and/or controlling with leadership responsibility or strong potential for the next step. You should have solid expertise in corporate steering, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, as well as experience advancing structures, processes, and ideally digitization or automation efforts. Strong stakeholder management, business partnering orientation, analytical strength with pragmatic implementation, and confident German and English communication are expected; the position offers a key role with significant visibility, a combination of “running and changing the business,” and a long-term development perspective.
