The Head of Finance and Administration - North America will partner with the client's North American CEO to drive growth for a vertically integrated food manufacturing operation based in Florida and Georgia. The company, a wholly owned subsidiary of a French publicly traded conglomerate, has invested close to $100mn in the project and their products are currently in over 5,500 supermarkets in the USA. The role will involve overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting to the European HQ.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a CPA with experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably in food and beverage. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, the successful candidate will have a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Previous experience reporting to a European HQ and proficiency in a second language, preferably French, are preferred qualifications. This role offers a high-growth opportunity with the potential to become the North American CEO in the future.
