Responsibilities include overall responsibility for finance and accounting, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, IT systems, HR administration, and leadership of the Central Services team. Participation in the leadership committee of team managers is also expected.
The ideal candidate will have a Swiss Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting or equivalent, at least 5 years of accounting experience, project experience in accounting and/or IT, excellent German and good French language skills, and leadership experience. Experience in the NGO sector, proficiency in Excel and Abacus accounting software, and a practical working style are desired.
