The client is seeking to appoint an Executive Compensation Lead for a rapidly growing global FinTech company. This crucial position reports directly to the client and is responsible for overseeing remuneration for Non-Executive Directors, the Board, and Senior Leadership.

The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and external advisors to ensure the clients executive compensation strategies are not only competitive and compliant but also aligned with the clients overarching mission. Primary responsibilities include managing and designing executive compensation programs such as base salary and equity plans, conducting industry benchmarking, and implementing strategic compensation models.

Additionally, the role involves developing governance frameworks, advising senior leaders, and preparing regulatory submissions for UK and US requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing executive compensation policies across both regional and global landscapes, preferably within the financial services sector covering UK and US jurisdictions.

They should possess a strong understanding of executive compensation principles and regulatory requirements, coupled with excellent data analysis skills and the ability to deliver data-driven insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders.
