the client is seeking a Head of Enterprise Product, a commercial leadership role responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and performance of the enterprise solutions portfolio. The position blends product leadership with a strong sales orientation, operating at the front of the business to translate market opportunities into measurable financial outcomes. The role is accountable for revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability through customer-centric, competitive solutions.
Key responsibilities include owning and driving end-to-end commercial success of the enterprise solutions portfolio with accountability for revenue, margins, and profitability. The role will lead product strategy and go-to-market execution with a sales focus, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and market demand. It will also act as a front-facing leader working with enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders to shape solutions and unlock new business opportunities.
In addition, the Head of Enterprise Product will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and retention against commercial targets. Full ownership of product P&L is expected, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and financial performance management. The role will identify and capture new revenue streams through innovation, partnerships, and market expansion, while continuously optimizing offerings based on market feedback and performance data to maximize competitiveness.
