Lead AI engineering within a high-growth, funded organization, with ownership for building and scaling an AI-native data platform from the ground up. The role supports the mission of unifying business capabilities into a single platform and developing comprehensive global datasets to drive a category-defining B2B data business.
Operate as both a hands-on builder and technical leader, leading AI engineering efforts across the platform. Responsibilities include designing and building the platform, shipping AI agents and production-ready solutions at pace, establishing engineering standards and best practices for AI development, and working closely with senior leadership, including board-level exposure. You will also scale and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team.
Bring strong capability in Python, SQL, and TypeScript, along with proven experience building AI/ML systems in production environments. You should have a solid understanding of hybrid software and data engineering challenges and experience working at scale with complex datasets or platforms.
