The client is seeking a multi-site project leader responsible for overseeing engineering and maintenance operations across several properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance of technical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy management, while implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. The position also includes leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives and supporting day-to-day operational excellence across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include leading and delivering CAPEX projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new developments, and managing departmental budgets for both OPEX and CAPEX. The role will drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio and will coordinate closely with senior leadership, property teams, and external partners to ensure consistent delivery. Compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations is central to the position.
The successful applicant will have a degree in facility management or a related field and experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within luxury hospitality. The role requires strong technical expertise in building systems and multi-site operations, along with proven project management skills and the ability to control budgets. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French and/or German is an asset; the ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
