The Head of Education will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and support the professional growth of teaching staff. They will lead the design and delivery of professional learning opportunities for staff, ensuring that teaching practices are evidence-based and aligned with best practices in education. The role will involve collaborating with campus leaders to ensure that teaching and learning practices are consistent and aligned with the organization's strategic goals and vision for education.Additionally, the Head of Education will be responsible for driving educational innovation and leveraging digital services to enhance the learning experience for students. They will work closely with the Executive Principal and other members of the Executive Team to ensure that educational initiatives are in line with the organization's strategic plan and commitment to providing a contemporary and research-informed learning environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of education at the organization and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the teaching and learning practices across both campuses.
