Join the client as a key technical leader in the blockchain applications and platforms space. You will lead the development team responsible for building and supporting applications and platform enhancements in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes high frequency, low latency, and high security. The role directly supports the client’s applications and platforms work and reports to the Director of Applications and Platforms.
You will be experienced in full stack development and across the SDLC, including DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tooling. You will develop and enhance applications and platforms using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, while improving day-to-day SDLC efficiency through better operational and technical execution. Responsibilities will typically include architecture and release support across digital applications and platforms, including work related to electronic communication networks (ECN) in support of the client’s growth.
The role is expected to be strong in enterprise application and platform architecture on public cloud solutions, along with familiarity with operating systems and platforms. Qualifications include a qualified degree in engineering sciences or computer software engineering, and demonstrated leadership experience managing development teams and delivering software through agile/Scrum processes. Preferred qualifications include blockchain development experience focused on applications, tokens, exchanges, and ledgers, as well as certifications in cloud, OWASP, InfoSec, or cybersecurity; strong cross-team communication and a proactive, self-managed working style are also expected.
