The role reports to the client’s Global Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for highly strategic leadership of digital banking delivery across multiple regions. It will support the planning, execution, and oversight of delivery activities to ensure outcomes are completed on time and meet required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing digital banking project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability. The role is expected to ensure all project deliverables comply with regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards, while also monitoring performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
The position supports innovation within digital banking by identifying opportunities for technological advancements, and it provides leadership and mentorship to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Success typically requires a strong technology background with emphasis on digital banking, proven experience leading large-scale technology projects, knowledge of financial-industry regulatory and compliance requirements, strategic alignment of technology initiatives to business objectives, strong problem-solving and results orientation, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
