the client is building a smart, sustainable cross-border trade DeFi network to help address a liquidity gap caused by disruptions to global supply chains. It is looking for a global Head of DeFi Product to join the product team and help develop a next-generation decentralized trade finance network. In this role, you will lead discovery and development of blockchain-based trade finance solutions.
You will work directly with the CEO and CTO on the product roadmap, and lead feature design for DeFi-based trade and supplier chain finance for cross-border trade using blockchain and digital currency technologies. You will engage with customers and partners to understand needs, translate those needs into product requirements, and coordinate with engineering teams and technical personnel (including work with domestic and/or foreign partners as needed) to drive product development to completion.
To qualify, you should have a bachelor’s degree or higher and more than 10 years of product development experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are required, and the role will emphasize collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and product leadership across technical partners.
