Join the client as Head of Data, where you will take full ownership of data strategy, transformation, and AI enablement across the business. This role focuses on reshaping a fragmented and reactive data landscape into a unified, scalable, and AI-enabled data function, with an emphasis on delivering value through improved decision-making and accessibility of insights.
You will lead the end-to-end data strategy, defining and delivering the company-wide BI and data roadmap. Responsibilities include owning and evolving the data platform (architecture, data pipelines, and tooling), establishing a “single source of truth” by improving data quality, governance, and modelling, and designing and implementing a semantic and AI layer that supports natural language access to data.
The role also emphasizes driving self-serve analytics and adoption across teams. You are expected to bring strong capability in data strategy and modern data architecture, data modelling and ETL pipelines, and experience working with data lakes and cloud environments (AWS is ideal), along with stakeholder management and influencing at senior leadership level. You will support the adoption of data and AI tools across both technical and non-technical audiences.
