As Head of Data and Infrastructure, you will serve as a strategic client-facing technical leader, responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive data platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting client workshops to address complex challenges, developing clear technical strategies and architectures, managing data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and automation workflows, and advising on the adoption of predictive and machine learning capabilities. You will stay hands-on where necessary while also guiding the long-term technology strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data engineering, data infrastructure, and cloud-based architecture. Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end data platforms is crucial, along with a background in ETL development, data modeling, and normalization. Proficiency in AWS environments and familiarity with modern orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster are required.
