In this position as Head of Data and Infrastructure, you will be a strategic client-facing leader responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive data platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting client workshops to address complex challenges, translating customer requirements into technical strategies, and owning the data infrastructure including ETL pipelines and automation workflows. Additionally, you will be involved in creating centralized data environments from unstructured sources and advising clients on advancing toward predictive and machine learning capabilities while also setting long-term technology direction.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, data infrastructure, and cloud-based architecture. This includes a proven track record in designing and delivering comprehensive data platforms, hands-on experience with ETL development, data modeling, and data normalization, and a background in AWS environments and modern orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster. Confidence in leading client conversations, conducting workshops, and defining solutions is crucial, and experience within the music industry will be considered a significant advantage.
