The client is seeking a Head of Customer Success for a programmatic DSP organization within the ad tech space, supporting brands and agencies. This is a leadership role managing customer success activity for enterprise clients and overseeing a Customer Success team based in the US.
In this role, you will manage a team of 3–4 Customer Success Managers while also maintaining your own book of enterprise-level accounts. You will drive customer retention and growth, optimize customer onboarding and engagement, and oversee the development and continuous improvement of onboarding processes. You will also support ongoing upskilling and development of the team as the business grows.
Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in customer success or account management within a programmatic DSP or ad tech environment, including proven experience leading teams. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a strategic, data-driven mindset focused on optimizing processes, and the ambition to grow and lead a skilled Customer Success team.
