The client is seeking a Head of Customer Success for their programmatic ad tech division located in New York, with a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 plus bonuses. This role entails managing a team of 3 to 4 Customer Success Managers while also maintaining a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts. Key responsibilities include focusing on customer retention and growth, optimizing onboard processes, and overseeing customer engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in customer success or account management within the programmatic DSP or ad tech sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
