Description

the client is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic oversight of Customer Services operations across Latin America. The role carries full regional accountability and is focused on aligning the services strategy with broader business objectives while ensuring operational excellence, strong customer satisfaction, team engagement, and delivery of financial results.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the customer services strategy, managing performance through KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting, and leading operational performance improvements. The position will also drive transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational optimization initiatives, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, governance, and quality standards across the region.

The successful applicant will be a senior executive with demonstrated experience in Customer Services, Operations, or related functions in a regional or multi-country setting. The role requires a proven record of leading large, diverse teams and managing complex stakeholder environments, ideally including partners and distributors in selected markets; experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or other regulated industries is highly desirable. Fluent English is required, with Spanish and Portuguese as strong differentiators, and frequent travel across the region is expected.
