Our client is seeking a Head of Curriculum Mechanics to lead curriculum innovation and ensure that the Senior School's learning engine is running smoothly. This role involves overseeing all aspects of curriculum design, assessment, and reporting to ensure that they align with the school's Strategic Vision and support the diverse needs of students. The Head of Curriculum Mechanics will work closely with Heads of Department, teaching staff, and senior leadership to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the curriculum.The ideal candidate for this position will be an innovative and dynamic leader who can champion excellence and shape authentic learning experiences. They will need to have a future-focused lens and be able to incorporate innovative learning and assessment practices, emerging technologies, and student agency into the curriculum. The Head of Curriculum Mechanics will be responsible for ensuring that the curriculum meets educational standards and compliancy requirements while also being finely tuned to support the school's pedagogical frameworks and the needs of today's learners.
