Our client is building a Bitcoin-based smart-contract platform for interoperable rollups secured by Bitcoin. It is designed to support scalable development of applications and related infrastructure, enabling features such as enhanced scalability, privacy, and decentralized finance for Bitcoin. As part of this effort, the client is seeking an experienced Head of Crypto Fundraising to lead token sale initiatives and support the success of an upcoming blockchain project.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy using token sale mechanisms such as ICO, IEO, and other approaches; building and leveraging relationships with investor collectives, decentralized organizations, and online token communities to grow the investor base; and coordinating with marketing and PR teams to run influencer-driven campaigns that generate interest. The role also involves managing the full token sale lifecycle from pre-sale through public sale, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with exchanges and launch platforms to evaluate listing opportunities and improve token distribution and liquidity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising significant funds in the cryptocurrency space, including experience leading successful token fundraising efforts, particularly through ICO and IEO mechanisms. The role requires a strong network and established relationships within the token investing community, as well as experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges and launch platforms to support token listings and distribution. The Head of Crypto Fundraising will monitor fundraising performance and provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, along with strategic guidance on token economics, valuation, and distribution to optimize fundraising outcomes.
