You will also define clear ownership and handover points, create process landscapes that support the successful introduction of SAP S/4HANA, and act as a business partner by identifying performance drivers and levers for sustainable results.
the client is looking for experienced leadership candidates with a background in business administration, economics and engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on controlling, along with proven experience in a comparable controlling leadership position within internationally operating manufacturing environments. You should demonstrate an ability to challenge established practices, recognize change needs, and address them with both diplomatic strength and clear execution. You will lead a team of about ten direct reports and will also collaborate with functionally assigned teams across affiliated entities, bringing strong communication skills, a willingness to shape, and confident English proficiency, along with some travel willingness for key topics.
