the client is seeking a cross-functional leadership professional to help drive the continued expansion of its consumer finance business unit during a strong scaling phase. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans, lead and manage cross-functional teams, and work to achieve business objectives through a combination of growth initiatives, operational improvements, and customer-focused innovation.
You will analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and manage the risk and compliance framework in line with local regulatory requirements. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, and monitor and report on the performance of the business unit to identify areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background in business, finance, or a related field, along with extensive experience in consumer finance business development and cross-functional leadership roles. You will demonstrate proven leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
