Birchcliff is looking for a Head of Construction to lead their construction program and ensure consistent execution across all projects. Reporting to the COO, this role will oversee a team of 12 Project Managers and Superintendents, providing leadership, coaching, and technical guidance. The Head of Construction will be responsible for advancing Birchcliff's unique construction identity and acting as a central hub for knowledge transfer and cross-functional alignment with senior leaders.The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, leadership, and project oversight. They will work closely with the COO, VP Development, VP Supply Chain & Project Controls, and other senior leaders to ensure the success of all construction projects.
