Description

the client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits for a highly confidential mandate within a listed, large, and complex organization with a strong local presence and a diverse stakeholder environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of the organization’s total rewards strategy and lead a small team. You will serve as a key partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer in shaping and executing compensation frameworks that balance governance, competitiveness, and organizational effectiveness.

You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders and external partners, representing the organization in high-level discussions where required. Responsibilities include ensuring compensation frameworks are clearly designed, well governed, and effectively communicated across the organization. A key requirement is the ability to translate complex rewards concepts into clear, structured, and executive-ready communications and materials.

The client is looking for an accomplished rewards leader with proven experience in compensation and benefits and total rewards leadership roles in large, complex organizations. You should have demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, strong stakeholder management skills, and an executive presence with excellent communication capabilities that simplify complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs. You must be eligible to work as a Singapore Citizen, and you are expected to have approximately 15 to 20+ years of experience in related total rewards areas, along with a track record of leading small teams at senior leadership level.
