As the Head of Group Compensation & Benefits for our client, you will be responsible for shaping and governing the company's global Total Reward agenda. This includes overseeing the compensation strategy, total reward frameworks, and the Employee Ownership Program. You will prepare and lead key compensation topics for the Group Leadership Team and the Board, ensuring that executive remuneration and incentive plans are aligned with the business strategy and values. Operating in a decentralized, international organization, you will act as an advisor to senior management on reward and HR-related matters.Based at our client's Headquarters in Stockholm, you will report to the EVP HR and lead a Compensation & Benefits Manager. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Group, including HR, finance, and other functions, to further develop and refine the Total Reward strategy and processes.
