Lead initiatives with clear decision-making and executive visibility, driving commercial priorities and strengthening client experience through insight and omnichannel excellence. As the Head of Commercial for Vietnam, you will help shape and execute the Vietnam commercial strategy in alignment with regional priorities and local market opportunity.
You will own end-to-end commercial performance, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support sustainable growth and profitability. Define and implement channel strategy across physical and digital touchpoints to build balanced expansion, while identifying and securing growth levers such as new partnerships, new market entry opportunities, portfolio initiatives, and strategic commercial programs. Strengthen cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, finance, IT, and other key stakeholders, using analytics and insights to optimize productivity, efficiency, and qualitative brand growth.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in premium/luxury or high-end consumer environments, with meaningful exposure to omnichannel commercial leadership, and 8–10+ years leading teams with a track record of building a performance culture and developing talent. Demonstrate full P&L ownership and strategic planning capability in complex, multi-channel settings, along with strong business development and market expansion experience in evolving markets. You should be a confident stakeholder manager able to influence leaders and partner effectively externally, with a data-driven mindset, strong negotiation and communication skills, and resilience in ambiguity; inclusive leadership and high-trust team culture are expected, and English with Vietnamese capability is preferred.
