The client seeks a visionary Head of Clinical Strategy, Design and Training to continually develop, refine, and oversee the design of practice change interventions. The Head of Clinical Strategy, Design and Training will refine program design to achieve the client’s mission and vision, establish systems that support quality and consistency in implementation, and codify and refine the client’s core program model. The role provides medical and clinical expertise across functions and on the leadership team, supports program adaptation and innovation centered on the needs of people, patients, and healthcare organization partners, and partners with program implementation teams to help achieve strong performance, measurable impact, and consistent quality.
Reporting within the client’s executive leadership, the position will oversee external training and technical assistance design teams, and will lead the client’s response to industry changes by designing program adaptations for different healthcare organization and provider types in close collaboration with other leaders. It is a high-visibility role with external healthcare organization partners and broader sexual and reproductive health community forums, and it is expected to operate as the organization’s foremost clinical top medical expert; there may be flexibility for limited ongoing clinical practice alongside leadership responsibilities.
