The Head of Clinical Excellence at our client will be responsible for shaping clinical leadership and capability across the organization, working closely with operational and quality leaders to ensure evidence-based practice is consistently implemented. This role will focus on strengthening clinical capability across the workforce by developing a clear clinical competency framework, providing education and practice improvement based on clinical risk insights, and reinforcing expectations around professional accountability and safe care delivery. The Head of Clinical Excellence will also play a critical role in ensuring that clinical governance expectations are clearly articulated, well supported, and demonstrated in practice, supporting homes to respond with consistency, confidence, and clarity.Reporting to the Chief Quality and Clinical Officer, the Head of Clinical Excellence will be a trusted clinical authority whose professional credibility supports strong engagement with senior operational leaders and home-based leaders. This role is fundamentally about influence and impact, with a key focus on strengthening clinical excellence and professional practice at scale. With nearly 100 homes across multiple states, our client is entering a pivotal phase in its evolution, and the Head of Clinical Excellence will play a central role in shaping how clinical leadership, capability, and judgement are applied across the organization.
