the client is an established organization developing a division in a high-growth market, with a results-driven culture and a focus on high-quality products and services. it is seeking a commercially minded, execution-driven leader for the head of change and process to shape the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling business, with an opportunity to make a tangible operational impact.

you will lead the delivery of client-specific change initiatives, translating partner requirements into scalable operational processes. responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration across field operations, customer journeys, systems, and back-office functions, and serving as the key connector between commercial, operational, and technical teams.

in addition to delivery, you will own the broader strategic transformation agenda by defining and prioritising a change roadmap, driving digital platform evolution, supporting effective delivery for digital squads, and identifying new growth opportunities (including the potential application of AI). you will bring governance, structure, and discipline to a high-growth environment, with experience leading transformation in fast-paced scaling settings, end-to-end process and system design, strong cross-functional stakeholder management, and the ability to matrix-manage digital squads while ensuring change is embedded into business-as-usual operations.
