Melbourne Montessori College is seeking an experienced educational leader to take on the role of Head of Campus at their Brighton Senior School. This position offers the opportunity to lead a community known for its inclusive pedagogy, strong pastoral care, and commitment to Montessori principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of the Senior School, providing leadership for students, staff, and families, and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement in curriculum and communication practices.The Head of Campus will oversee approximately 100 students and 30 staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, trust, respect, and inclusion. They will be tasked with elevating the professionalism and operational clarity of the campus, while building strong relationships within the school community. This role requires a strategic and confident leader who can effectively lead and support the growth and development of the Senior School.
