Lake Joondalup Baptist College is looking for an experienced leader to join their Executive Leadership Team as Head of Business Services. This role involves overseeing the business, finance, people, and operational services of the College to ensure a safe and high-performing learning environment for students from PK-12. The Head of Business Services will work closely with the College Principal and other leaders to provide strategic oversight of various aspects of the College's operations, including financial management, human resources, infrastructure, marketing, and compliance.As a key member of the College Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Business Services will report directly to the College Principal and collaborate with other leaders to support the overall success of the institution. This role requires strong leadership skills, a values-driven approach, and the ability to effectively manage various aspects of the College's business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, government requirements, human resources, marketing, and risk management to ensure the College's continued success and growth.
