The client is building Liquid Restaking Solutions for public blockchain networks and is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead efforts focused on capital attraction and project expansion. The role will help drive growth by building strategic partnerships within the blockchain ecosystem and supporting initiatives related to transaction concentration.
The Head of Business Development will develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, partners, and developers. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with company objectives, while staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have proven business development experience and a strong understanding of both traditional finance and decentralized finance concepts, with hands-on experience in DeFi projects and protocols. The client will also value a strong network within the financial ecosystem and a track record of attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships, with custodial background considered a plus.
