The Head of Business Control & Finance for Business Area Life Science at our client will have a senior role overseeing business control, financial governance, analysis, planning, and follow-up for companies within the Medical and Pharma segments. This position requires a strong understanding of the business, the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights, and collaboration with various stakeholders including the SVP Business Area Life Science, Business Area management team, our client Group Management, and portfolio companies. The role involves working closely with CFOs and finance managers to provide support, insight, and strengthen financial processes and business control capabilities within the decentralized model of our client.Reporting to the SVP Business Area Life Science, the Head of Business Control & Finance will lead a finance team of two and collaborate with CFOs, finance managers, Group Finance, and other relevant networks within our client to contribute to a strong and business-oriented finance function. This role also includes board assignments within the business area and is based at our client's headquarters in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic and operational decisions, providing structured decision support, and contributing to the continued development of the dynamic and commercially interesting environment within the Business Area Life Science.
