the client is seeking a senior brand and retail growth leader to define long-term brand direction, positioning, and a growth roadmap for mass-market consumers. This role is responsible for driving financial performance across sales, profitability, margins, inventory efficiency, and cost controls, and for shaping seasonal assortment strategies, pricing frameworks, and product architectures aligned with fast-moving apparel trends.
Key responsibilities include overseeing sourcing, product development, and supplier partnerships to balance competitive pricing, quality, and speed-to-market. The role will also develop integrated marketing campaigns and consistent brand expression across store communication and digital content, using customer insights, competitive trends, and CRM data to refine product, pricing, and promotional strategy.
The successful applicant will guide omnichannel initiatives across physical stores and digital commerce to improve visibility, conversion, and reach, while ensuring operational excellence in replenishment, stock flow, SKU productivity, and sell-through management. They will lead and inspire cross-functional teams across merchandising, marketing, sourcing, operations, and visual merchandising, establish scalable retail processes and performance standards, and may be expected to manage large retail environments (with experience managing 100+ POS being an advantage). A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is expected, along with strong analytical, creative, and consumer-centric leadership experience in apparel, fashion retail, or brand management, including proven leadership of commercial performance and large cross-functional teams; omnichannel and high-volume merchandising experience is highly preferred.
