The role will lead a central Analytics and MI team that operates as a shared service supporting Finance, Marketing, and executive stakeholders. Key responsibilities include moving from traditional reporting to actionable insight, embedding AI tools into analytics workflows, driving automation and improving data structures, and supporting the rollout of a new decision engine. The position is expected to be a player-coach model (approximately 50/50), combining leadership with hands-on delivery and managing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders.
The client is looking for experience leading analytics and/or MI teams, with a strong ability to translate data into clear commercial insight. The role calls for hands-on technical capability, including SQL and Python, along with experience using modern data tools (such as Snowflake and Power BI) and exposure to AI tools or automation in analytics.
