Description

This role is for a Head of Agency Sales within a high-performing commercial team at the client, a multimedia publisher and media owner. Reporting into the client director, you will focus on building strategic advertising partnerships across travel advertisers and agency groups, drawing on a broad portfolio spanning print, digital, audio, video, and events.

Key responsibilities include building and growing relationships with major media agencies and travel advertisers, driving commercial revenue across integrated multimedia advertising solutions and partnerships, and developing creative, insight-led proposals aligned to client objectives. You will lead negotiations to secure long-term partnerships, collaborate with planning, editorial, and commercial teams to deliver market-leading campaigns, and oversee forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance for your assigned patch. You will also mentor and support junior team members to help drive overall team success.

You are expected to have proven experience in media sales, agency sales, or commercial partnerships, with a track record of delivering against revenue targets in a target-driven environment. The role typically requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with agency stakeholders, and experience selling integrated media solutions across multiple channels. Travel category experience is advantageous but not required, and the role is offered with hybrid working expectations and an emphasis on collaboration and progression within the commercial culture.
