As the commercial owner of a core direct-to-consumer product, the Growth Director will lead growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization, bringing together various business units and teams to achieve sustainable growth.
The responsibilities include driving recurring revenue growth through strategic pricing, packaging, paywall strategies, and proposition development. Leading cross-functional squads across product, marketing, tech, content, and commercial teams is a key aspect, alongside optimizing the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to churn reduction.
