Description

The client is seeking a Group Head of Learning & Development for a newly created leadership role within a global organization. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will shape and execute the company’s learning and development strategy across a diverse, distributed workforce of nearly 15,500 employees worldwide.

As a senior HR leadership team member, the Group Head of L&D will architect and deliver a future-focused learning agenda that supports business transformation, employee growth, and leadership capability. The role will oversee a centralized L&D team and partner closely with business units to design scalable, fit-for-purpose learning solutions addressing both enterprise-wide and function-specific needs, including corporate professionals and operational workforces.

The successful candidate will lead digital learning transformation by refreshing the enterprise learning ecosystem and embedding career development pathways into the people strategy. Required qualifications include extensive experience in large, complex organizations with proven expertise in enterprise learning design, delivery, and transformation, as well as demonstrated capability across both operational and knowledge-based teams; strong track record in digital learning platforms, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and driving large-scale behavioral change through learning is essential. Experience in organizational development, talent management, or cultural transformation is advantageous.
