As the first group CEO, the role reports directly to the board and will set direction for acquisition-led growth, including driving acquisition strategy and integrating acquired companies to build a cohesive platform.
The CEO will develop group policies and frameworks to manage expansion and day-to-day activities, while developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster sustainable growth. The position will oversee operational aspects of the air treatment division, ensuring end-to-end project execution, and will be responsible for managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration and results, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies. The successful applicant will typically hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, bring a strong track record leading HVAC businesses across industrial, commercial, and complex residential projects, and demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical hands-on engagement, and the ability to manage complex projects; strong communication and market understanding are expected, along with the capability to build and sustain effective relationships to support acquisition and growth.
