The President & CEO will lead a mission-driven Executive Leadership Team to provide strategic, operational, financial, and organizational leadership for our client. They will empower staff, foster a culture of collaboration, equity, learning, and care, and inspire philanthropic strategy with a focus on major gifts, corporate partnerships, and diversifying revenue streams. The President & CEO will steward the Foundations relationship with the Childrens Aid Society of Toronto, guide the implementation of the five-year strategic plan, and engage with donors, governments, young people, sector partners, and community leaders to shape national conversations on child welfare reform and social equity.Reporting to a highly engaged Board of Directors, the President & CEO will ensure the continued success and long-term sustainability of our client. They will lead efforts to broaden and diversify revenue streams through innovative approaches such as social enterprise, digital fundraising, and new funding collaborations. As the public face of the organization, the President & CEO will engage meaningfully with stakeholders while ensuring strong alignment across programs, partnerships, and national priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a similar role, a deep commitment to the mission of the organization, and the ability to inspire and empower staff to achieve strategic goals.
