The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commercial development of Kungsmssan, translating the owners' strategy into a concrete business plan, and ensuring that goals, budget, and cash flow are followed and developed in the desired direction. They will also be tasked with developing the value of the property and the Royal Exhibition Building through positioning, optimized tenant mix, and revenue-driving investments. Additionally, the Business Manager will have overall responsibility for the center's financial results and operations, focusing on rental income, net operating income, and vacancy rate, as well as monitoring key figures such as income, costs, visits, turnover, and OCR.In this role, the Business Manager will also be responsible for market positioning, customer experience, and visitor flows, taking into account changing consumption patterns and customer expectations. They will work closely with the marketing function to define the King's Fair's position in the market and prioritize initiatives that drive sales and visits. Leading an organization consisting of five employees supplemented by external specialists, the Business Manager will be located in Kungsbacka and report to a steering group with representatives from the owner companies, where they are expected to be a key person.
