In addition to leading the finance function, the CFO will help shape strategic planning, capital investment decisions, operational performance, governance, and enterprise-wide decision-making while serving as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO and executive leadership team.The Chief Financial Officer is seen as a strategic business partner, providing financial leadership and contributing to commercial strategy, operational planning, governance, risk management, and organizational growth. The CFO will lead a team of over 20 professionals and an outsourced IT team, playing a central role in driving the company's financial success and supporting its overall growth and development.
