As the Managing Director of our client, you will have full operational accountability and be responsible for the Swedish legal entity. Reporting to the VP Global Supply Chain and Operations, you will play a key role in the division Powder Metallurgy Technologies and be a part of the Global Supply Chain & Operations PMT Management Team. Your main focus will be on driving operational improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and profitability, while also establishing a clearer local structure for site responsibility and key staff functions.Safety is a top priority in this role, and you will be expected to take a visible leadership role in promoting workplace safety and safety culture. While the position is primarily focused on Sweden, you will also have extensive interaction with other Hoganas sites and global functions, requiring a high level of physical presence in Hoganas. This role is crucial in Hoganas' ongoing transformation, and you will be instrumental in ensuring a strong operational foundation for the company's future success.
