The Vice President for Student Affairs is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all student affairs departments at the College. As a member of the Executive Cabinet, the Vice President collaborates with other Vice Presidents to achieve the organization's strategic goals, focusing on academic and workforce relationships to improve recruitment, retention, and completion outcomes. They also represent the President at various levels and serve on College, Board of Trustees, Utah System of Higher Education, and community committees.The Vice President for Student Affairs plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive student experience and fostering a supportive campus environment. They work to address student needs, promote diversity and inclusion, and enhance student success initiatives.
