The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) will work closely with the President and Board of Trustees to develop strategic objectives for our client. They will lead and manage all aspects of domestic enrollment, including undergraduate, graduate, adult education, and non-traditional students. This role involves overseeing admissions, financial aid, and the university mailroom to ensure a comprehensive enrollment program is executed effectively.The VPEM will collaborate across divisions to ensure institution-wide enrollment goals are met. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic enrollment programs to attract and retain students. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work with various departments to achieve enrollment targets and support the overall mission of our client.
