The Vice-President, Government Relations & Public Affairs will work closely with the President and CEO to provide executive leadership in managing public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy activities for our client. This role is crucial in setting direction, establishing priorities, and ensuring disciplined execution in a complex governance environment. The VP will play a key role in strengthening relationships with member companies, government and regulatory counterparts, and external stakeholders by attending Board meetings and supporting committee and working group engagement.Success in this role will require mature executive judgment, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to lead experienced teams while navigating competing perspectives with professionalism, neutrality, and credibility. The VP will be responsible for ensuring alignment, sound processes, and clear decision pathways to support our client's goals and objectives.
