We are looking for three independent directors to join the inaugural board of our client, a new commercial entity, responsible for shaping the vision, strategic direction, and governance of the organization. The directors will play a crucial role in ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, effective risk management, and high-quality decision-making, while navigating complex regulatory requirements and addressing affordability concerns for customers. The appointed directors will serve staggered 3-year terms, with one of them being elected as Chair, and two additional independent directors appointed by the Councils.
