The Isaacson Foundation (Empower Ministry) is a faith-based, non-profit organization focused on equipping Christian leaders to advance the Kingdom. They are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee internal financial needs and provide churches with the tools and resources needed for success. This position will involve strategic oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, audit, risk management, financial modeling, vendor relationships, and financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of financial experience, with 5+ years in an executive pastor or similar role.As part of a start-up organization, the Director of Finance will be hands-on with all responsibilities, although day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping will be handled by a third-party partner. The role will evolve based on organizational needs, with a focus on developing a mission-aligned finance team.
